Enter maintenance mode.

Select [Cleaning] in U744 Head Cleaning and select [Normal] for each color then
press [Execute]/[Start] to run purge.
IMPORTANT
The machine can be operated by the ink temperature of over 26 °C.
Once it is executed, it is not possible to cancel the operation.
In case of displayed temperature is below 26 °C, select the priority mode to "Printing" in U735 <Ink temperature
control setting>.

Set the maximum sized paper such as over A3/Ledger paper.

Select [Check] in U744 <Head cleaning> and the test chart is output automatically.

Place the test chart on the scan table and scan it.
(The number of clogged nozzle come up by scanning the chart.)

If the non-discharge area is observed, run manual print head cleaning U744
[Cleaning] to the color that has non-discharge area.
•
Run the strong purge (cleaning) only for the color that has non-discharge area.

Output the test chart by selecting [Check] and scan it to check the print head
condition.
