Go to next step according to result of height and level check.
• Height OK, Level OK: Go to step 22.
• Height OK, Level NG: Go through from step 17 to 19 then jump to step 21.
• Height NG, Level OK: Go to step 17.
• Height NG, Level NG: Go to step 17.

• The evenness has to be checked by leveler in the end.
