Memory Map

The ADSP-21479 processor has internal static random access memory
(SRAM) for instructions and data storage. See
memory details can be found in the ADSP-214xx SHARC Processor Hard-
ware Reference.
The ADSP-21479 EZ-Board includes four types of external memory:
SRAM, synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM), serial
peripheral interconnect (SPI) flash, and parallel flash. See
more information about a specific memory type, go to the respective sec-
tion in this chapter.
