Advert imprint
You can adjust the position of the received
mail stamp (default position: about 1 cm from
the right letter edge).
In addition to the received mail stamp, you
can set an advertising imprint, as with frank-
ing (advert or text).
Printing incoming / received mail stamp
You can directly imprint incoming mail con-
forming to the specifications on page 187 in
format, thickness and material. For other
incoming mail, print self-adhesive labels.
• Position incoming mail with the side to be
printed on facing up on the hand feed tray /
the feeder.
Or
• Start label printing.
PostBase Vision prints the received mail
stamp.
For detailed information on feeding letters,
label printing and using the feeder, please
read chapter 6.
The 'Incoming Mail' special function has its
own counter. PostBase Vision shows the
number of prints on the upper right side of the
display.
When leaving the 'Incoming Mail' function,
the counter is reset to '0'.
