Possible cause and remedy
For activation of the optional BMA feature, please
contact the FP aftersales service or your local
sales agent.
The labels used were not well suited.
We recommend to use only labels that have been
approved by FP.
Labels stick to one another.
Take the labels out of the dispenser.
Slacken / fan the label stack and reinsert it.
Internal problem of label print function.
Contact Customer Service.
On how to clear a letter jam, please see chapter 19.3.
PostBase Vision does not show the Home screen.
Return to the Home screen and try again.
Sensor does not recognise letter.
Position the letter again.
mail pieces for dispatch by the private carrier DX.
For this purpose, a DX license code is necessary.

aftersales service or your local sales agent.
Weight limit for selected product has been
exceeded.
Place the mail piece on the weighing platform or
