Installing the panels for the rest of the components
The commissioning log must be filled in and confirmed before the panels are
fitted for the ControlShield, BMS, the converter and the installation areas.
•
Fill in and confirm the commissioning log.
For the listed components, the panels without louvered metal sheet are used (see
Illustration 26)
The installation of panel (A) onto the ControlShield is described below.
The panels (B) are installed in a similar way for the converter, the BMS and the
installation areas.

Remove any parts lying around in the battery storage system (e.g. tools or cable
debris).
•
Secure each panel with four screws (1).
•
Tighten the screws on the panels to a tightening torque of 5 Nm.

Once the steps listed in points 6.1 to 6.4 have been performed, please contact the
HOPPECKE Service team.
You will need to send them the completed commissioning log so that customer access
can be set up.
