It must be ensured that a torque of 10 Nm is used when screwing the cell connectors onto
the poles of the lithium-ion batteries.
Once this step has been performed, make a dash with a touch-up stick to mark the
position of the screw on the cell connector. This makes it possible to tell whether screws
have come loose when performing maintenance work.
Follow the sequence described below when wiring up the lithium-ion batteries and when
connecting them to the battery management system (BMS).
NOTE

Push the safety caps on the poles (1) upwards (2), and remove in the direction of the
arrow (3).

Before every installation step, make sure to only remove the safety caps
for the lithium-ion batteries specified in the relevant instruction step. This
includes the specified poles.
Otherwise, the exposed poles of the lithium-ion batteries that are not
specified in the installation step will need to be covered by a suitable
rubber mat.
