5 Installation

5.11 Final measures

•
Tighten the screws on the Icotek frame to a tightening torque of 2 Nm.
•
Secure the Icotek frame onto the floor plate (3 Nm).
•
Secure the floor plate with Icotek frame onto the floor of the battery storage system
by following these instructions in reverse order.
•
If the battery storage system connection is routed via earth, the cables will need to be
routed into the system via the base. To this end, there are feed-throughs on the back
of the base and underneath the AC unit. Then fit the supplied brush insert onto the
selected feed-though.
5.11 Final measures

•
Insert the side panels and push them backwards to the back of the battery storage
system.
•
Insert the front panel and push it as far as it will go (approx. 10 mm) in the direction of
the arrow.
•
Secure the front panel using the previously removed/enclosed screws (1).
•
Carry out a visual inspection.
In particular, check whether there are any tools or rubbish in the battery storage
system, whether all panels are installed, whether there are any missing screws or
floor plates, whether all visible cables have been routed through the Icotek frame
and/or the Icotek grommets and whether all earthing cables have been connected.
•
Close the doors of the battery storage system.
To this end, start by lifting up the respective latching hook.
