Removing the lithium-ion batteries

Remove the four screws (1) from each lithium-ion battery.
•
Remove the lithium-ion battery from the fire-protection module.

Risk of injury
There is a risk of crushing and collision when removing the lithium-ion
batteries.
•
Wear protective work clothing, protective gloves, safety boots and
a safety helmet.
•
Observe the documentation from the supplier.
Risk of injury due to incorrect lifting of the lithium-ion batteries
The lithium-ion batteries are heavy. Incorrect lifting of the lithium-ion
batteries leads to ergonomic hazards.
•
Lift the lithium-ion batteries without straining your back (see also
the note at the start of this section).
•
Only ever lift the lithium-ion batteries with the assistance of a
second person.
