Unloading and positioning the battery storage system and
securing in place
WARNING
Lift the battery storage system off the transport pallet and place it onto the foundation.
Remove the shackles or hooks.
Secure the covers over the attachment points.
Tighten the screws to a tightening torque of max. 5 Nm.
Screw the battery storage system onto the foundation.
The tightening torque is dependent upon the size of the screws/anchors being used.
With an M10 thread, the tightening torque must be at least 45 Nm.
Follow these steps in reverse order to secure the floor plates.
It helps to initially leave the floor plate with Icotek frame disassembled, and to
only install it once the ControlShield has been connected.

Various hazards may occur when unloading the battery storage system.
If the battery storage system is lifted at the attachment points, the lifting
device must be designed such that it can bear a weight of 1000 kg at a
height of 3 m.
When carrying out work, always wear the necessary personal protective
equipment (PPE) (protective work clothing, safety boots, protective
gloves, safety vest and a safety helmet).
Always have an addition person to secure the transport route.
Keep the working area neat and tidy.
Make sure that there are no persons in the path of travel or underneath
suspended loads.
Always lift the battery storage system slowly and carefully in order to
ensure safety and stability. Guide the battery storage system through a
rope in order to prevent swinging or twisting.
Only lift the battery storage system if this can be performed safely given
the external conditions, e.g. wind.
