Risk of injury!
The battery storage system poses a variety of risks.
•
Do not install the battery storage systems in locations where there are
always a lot of people.
Hazards due to external influences!
Hazards can arise as a result of external influences, such as flooding or
mechanical impacts (e.g. collision with vehicles).
•
Do not install the battery storage system in floor areas or in risk areas
outside out flood areas.
•
Do not install the battery storage system in earthquake areas classified
as between 1 and 3 by DIN EN 1998-1/NA:2011.
•
Do not install the battery storage system at heights that exceed 1000 m
above sea level.
•
Keep a safe distance to transport routes
•
Use collision protection (e.g. bollards, protective edges or similar) to
protect the battery storage system if installation is being performed in an
urban area or in a location where there are other moving vehicles.
Ensure a minimum distances of 1300 mm here.
•
We recommend securing the battery storage against unauthorised
access/touching, e.g. by means of a fence.
Risk of injury due to lack of space!
There is a risk of injury such as scratches, puncture wounds or fractures as
a result of an excessively close arrangement of the necessary work
equipment and/or components.
The installation site of the battery storage system must be selected so as
not to limit or impair the range of motion required by personnel in the
working area.
•
Cordon off the danger zone.
•
Keep unauthorised persons away from the area.
•
Appoint a responsible person.
•
Lay power-supply cables so that they do not constitute a trip hazard or
impair accessibility (e.g. in cable channels).
•
Mark any unavoidable trip hazards.
