Used to set motor acceleration/deceleration time. Set a larger value for a slower speed increase/de-
crease or a smaller value for a faster speed increase/decrease.

Depends on the Pr. 21 "Acceleration/deceleration time increments" setting. The initial value for
the setting range is "0 to 3600s" and the setting increments is "0.1s".
