30 TESTING AND ADJUSTING

Select "Adjustment" on "Service Menu" screen.

For selecting method, see "METHOD FOR OPERATING
SERVICE MODE" in "SERVICE MODE".

Select "Fan Speed Mode Select" with the function switches
or numeral input switches on the "Adjustment" screen.

Change the set value by using the function switches on
"Fan Speed Mode Select" screen.
Set value: See the table for the actual fan speed.
F3: Set value decreases.
F4: Set value increases.
F6: Setting is confirmed or entered. The screen returns to
"Adjustment" screen.

The 3-digit number in the left column does not change.

• When either "001" or "002" is selected as set value, selected fan speed mode cannot be changed until
"Fan Speed Mode Select" screen is changed and the starting switch is turned to OFF position.
• After finishing the test, return the mode to the normal control mode. To return to the normal control
mode, change the set value to "000" or turn the starting switch to OFF position and then restart the
engine.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING MENU(Pump calibration: Matching speed check)
Use the adjustment menu to check the various settings of the machine or to adjust the value.
The "Pump Calibration" function is used to check the matching speed for arm IN relief and bucket CURL relief
and to set the matching speed of the engine correctly when the pump or pump controller is replaced.
