After inserting the hose in the mating adapter perfectly, pull
it back to check the connecting condition.
REMARK
When the hose fitting is pulled back, the rubber cap moves
approximately 3.5 mm toward the hose, but it is not a prob-
lem.
METHOD FOR DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING TYPE 2 PUSH-PULL TYPE
COUPLER
Disconnection
1.
Hold the tightening adapter part and push body (2) straight
until sliding prevention ring (1) contacts contact surface (a)
of the hexagonal part at the male end.
2.
While keeping the condition of step 1, turn lever (3) to the
right (clockwise).
3.
While keeping the conditions of steps 1 and 2, pull out
whole body (2) to disconnect it.
REMARK
Provide an container to receive a quantity of hydraulic oil
which may flow out.
