Note:
During reassembly, ensure that:
1. The protective foil is NOT pushed to one side or torn.
2. The foil tongue is positioned between the retaining bracket and door lock.
3. The foil is positioned under the plug area when the retaining bracket is re-
installed.
Important:
Ensure that the sealing ring under the door lock retaining screw is re-
installed during reassembly.

Door Switch Replacement (Touchtronic/Novotronic/Navitronic)

1. Remove the door lock (Section 020-4.5).
2. Bend the retaining lug on the switch to the side.
3. Replace the switch.

Door Lock with Contact Switch Removal (Incognito)

1. Remove the door outer panel (Section 030-4.3).
2. Remove the fascia panel (Section 100-4.2).
3. Remove the screws from the sides of the door inner panel.
4. Remove the lock retaining screw.
5. Remove the holder with electronic.
6. Remove the lock with door contact switch.
7. Disconnect the door contact switch plug connections.

Activating the Door Lock Emergency Release (Incognito)

1. Remove the door outer panel (Section 030-4.3).
2.
To return the locking latch to the right position, push on the emergency
release with a screwdriver; see Figure 020-15, Item 1
