Chewy Peanut Butter Pan Squares
Ingredients

½ cup butter, cubed
•
½ cup creamy peanut butter
•
1 ½ cups sugar
•
1 cup all-purpose flour
•
2 large eggs, room temperature,
lightly beaten
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking time: 28-32m – Temperature: 176°C
Method
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt
butter and peanut butter; stir until
smooth. Combine sugar and flour;
gradually add to butter mixture and
mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
2. Spread into a greased 13x9-inch.
baking pan. Bake at 176°C until lightly
browned and edges. Cool on a wire
rack.
