- Page 7 Rotisserie Spit, Forks, and Set Screws This is used for roasts and whole chickens. Wire Rack The wire rack can be used in all three rack positions. Baking Pan The baking pan can be used in any of the three rack positions and can also be used as a drip tray below the wire rack.

BEFORE FIRST USE 1. Unpack the oven and remove all packaging materials. Clean the oven according to the ‘Cleaning and Care’ section of this user guide. 2. Place the oven, on a flat, stable, level surface. Ensure that the oven is at least 5–10cm away from the wall or any other objects. - Page 11 Fish 1. Place the wire rack in middle rack position. 2. Connect the oven to the power supply. The oven light will be off. Press the power button and the oven will enter standby. 3. Turn the Function knob until the Fish function icon starts flashing. The function’s default time, temperature, and fan speed will be displayed as below.
