Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, softened
•
½ cup sugar
•
1 large egg, room temperature
•
½ cup mashed ripe banana
•
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. In a small bowl, cream butter and
sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the
egg, banana and vanilla. Combine
the flour, baking powder, salt and
baking soda; gradually add to
creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in
chocolate chips.
Cooking time: 13-16m – Temperature: 176°C

1¼ cups all-purpose flour
•
1 tsp baking powder
•
¼ tsp salt
•
1/8 tsp baking soda
•
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2. Drop by tbs 2 in. apart onto baking
sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 176°C for 13-16 minutes or
until edges are lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
