Ingredients

12 Serrano peppers
•
12 Slices partially Cooked bacon
•
2 String Mozzarella Cheeses
Bacon Wrapped Serranos
Cooking time: 8-10m – Temperature: 150°C
Method
1. Partially cook the bacon in the oven
at 150°C for 3 minutes on each side.
Place onto paper towel and set aside.
2. Cut the tops off the serrano peppers
and carefully slice down one side of
the pepper (do not cut all the way
through). Fold open the pepper and
remove seeds
3. Peel pieces of the string cheese and
stuff the peppers. Wrap the bacon
around each pepper tightly then
place in the oven.
4. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes or until
desired bacon crispiness.
