Exercise using the hand grips (KH 6003/5)

Safety information
• Gripping and releasing the
springs too fast or in an uncon-
trolled manner can strain your
joints.
• There is a risk of injury being
incurred when the device
springs back into place.
Exercise:
1. Hold the hand grips in the
palms of your hands; secure
your fingers around the ribbed
handles.
2. Press the hand grips together
and relax again.
• Ensure that your fingers do not
get caught in the device during
training.
Introduction
Each of the hand grips comprises
a steel spring with 2 handles
and a safety limit stop to restrict
the spring opening.
3. Repeat this movement in the
same position approx. 8 to 10
times.

Exercise slowly and calmly using
this device. Exercising too fast will
not encourage a successful
outcome.
