Axis container
Home channel of an axis container axis
If more than one channel has access authorization ("reference") to the axis via the machine
data, write authorization can be passed to the axis (setpoint input):
MD20070 $MC_AXCONF_MACHAX_USED
This machine data below creates a standard assignment between an axis and a channel:
MD30550 $MA_AXCONF_ASSIGN_MASTER_CHAN
The following machine data is used to define which NCU possesses the axis after power up
or is producing the interpolation value.

Since the axial machine data of link axes are the same on all NCUs, the machine data below
is only evaluated if the NCU also has write authorization to the axis (see MD10002):

Axis replacement
Passing the write authorization to an axis (setpoint input) by means of GET, RELEASE, ...,
works for a container axis in the same way as for a normal axis. Write authorization can only
be exchanged between the channels of one NCU. Write authorization cannot be passed
beyond the boundaries of an NCU.
