• Press the Recent button. The
floating bar does not
reappear.
While the camera is in use in
another app, the CU360 app
AXT3100-476
displays black video in place of
self-view.
When the received presentation
AXT3100-508 is scaled down (not full screen),
the quality is low
Privacy on the presentation
stream has the following
limitations:
1) Privacy image is seen locally
and by remote when sending
screen link presentation via
(H239/BFCP/WCS)
2) Black image is sent for
Split&Share presentation with
WCS. Locally the presentation is
AXT3100-708
visible.
3) Privacy image is sent when
sending Split&Share
presentation with BFCP/H239.
Locally the presentation is
visible.
4) Privacy is not applied to TX
Whiteboard when using WCS
(which is interactive and
bidirectional).
The Web Collab presentation
AXT3100-508 received in CU has low quality
when seen in the scaled view
Solution/Workaround
local IP address to be restored later, if any, and set
0.0.0.0 as IP address.
On endpoint, set Configure>Advanced
>Utilities>Remote Access>Equinox
Management>Mode to Cloud.
Assure that Equinox Management 9.x manages
endpoints in cloud mode (Auto-provisioning
enabled).
Upgrade Equinox management to latest release.
Click anywhere on the CU360 App side of the
screen.
When the camera is released (additional camera
app closed) or the CU360 app goes back to
Fullscreen (foreground app) the self-view video is
restored.
Visualize the presentation in full screen mode.
Enlarge the received presentation content by
clicking on this icon on the floating bar or press DEL
on the back keyboard of the remote control. Click
again (or press DEL again) to restore default view
(with received video).
To see the remote video full screen, open the
Participants page and then press DEL on the back
keyboard on the remote control.
