How to Install Apps with "Apps & Tools"
Minimize the CU360 App by pressing the Home Key button on the remote control, or click
the circle icon in the navigation bar, then click on the "Apps & Tools" app icon in the middle
of the desktop.

The "Apps & Tools" app will show a list of suggested apps and allow you to search for and
download specific free apps. It will also detect installed apps and propose updates for them.

Important
Please note that third-party applications installed on the CU360 device are not
directly supported or tested by Avaya.
The Google Play store and the Google Mobile Services are not installed or
supported on this device. Some third-party apps may not be able work properly
without these services.
Avaya products cannot certify against all third-party applications, as versions,
deployment options, and other factors create many variations and complex
interactions. Customers may deploy third party and Anti-Virus/Malware software
alongside the Avaya product with the following disclaimers:

Customer deploys third party applications at their own risk.

Customer is responsible for testing prior to deployment.

Customer is responsible for ensuring there are no TCP/UDP port
conflicts and other protocol conflicts.

Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate hardware is
available to meet the requirements of both the Avaya applications
and third-party applications.

applications, including these symptoms of performance degradation:
