Log in to https://outlook.office365.com/ecp as an admin.
Go to Recipients > Resources
Click on the plus (+) sign if you need to add a room.
It is recommended that you use a prefix (such as Room) for each room or choose your
own method for easily locating the Rooms.
Make note of the display name and email address of each calendar resource.
Proceed to the next step
Log in to https://outlook.office365.com/ecp as an admin.
Go to Recipients > Resources
Double click the name of a room.
Click "mailbox delegation".
