Room Resource and Delegate Account Mode: Create a "Room" resource
associated to your video endpoint and add the endpoint to the meeting as a "Room"
resource. Create a delegate account able to see the specific Room calendar and
configure the delegate account and the room email in the endpoint configuration.
(This mode requires IT Admin access to the Exchange Server to create Room
Resources and one or more delegate accounts).
Important
A "Standard Account" has an email address and a password. A "Room
Resource" account has only an email address and no password. To access a
Room Calendar, a delegate standard account is needed.
To retrieve an Exchange calendar, the endpoint must be able to access the
EWS Address (Exchange Server Address) over the internet or on a private
network. Your IT Administrator should have enabled this service on the
Exchange Server setup.
Your company network, including firewalls and proxies, must allow an https
connection from the video endpoint to the Exchange Server Address (on
premises or on cloud).
