displayed. Expired meetings will be removed from the Calendar page after 15
minutes from their end time.
Exchange Server Address: Can be empty if the Exchange Server is based on
Microsoft Office365. Otherwise it must be filled as explained in the following section
(How to Retrieve your Exchange Server EWS Address), usually with
https://<servername>/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Email: name@domain. It can be a standard (personal/video endpoint) email
account or a delegate account for a room. All the meetings in which the account or
the room is invited will be displayed in the Calendar page. If a mapping is present to
dial into the meeting, the endpoint will show a join button in the calendar item about
five minutes before the call. A popup message will also show up, with the choices
to join the meeting, snooze the reminder for one minute or dismiss the remainder.
When already in a call, joining the new meeting will automatically disconnect the
previous call.
Password: password for the above email account.
Room email: if the endpoint corresponds to a "Physical" Room that can be reserved
in an Exchange Calendar item as a "Room" resource, you have an email account
for it. In this case your IT admin needs to setup a delegate email account who can
see all the calendar items in which this room's email is added as a room resource
("Add Rooms..." button). (See How to Setup a Delegate Account for a Room).
Otherwise it is empty.
Automatic Join to Important Meeting: If the meeting is marked as High Importance
(Exclamation Mark) in Outlook, the XT/CU will automatically join the meeting when
it starts, without requiring user intervention in the room (a popup is normally
displayed asking to join the meeting that is going to start; if no one takes action, the
important meeting will be automatically joined when it starts). If a call is already
running when an important meeting is going to start, it will not be disconnected
automatically (you need to manually join the new meeting).
Important Meeting Marker (Exclamation Mark)
FQDN List: Each entry represents a mapping rule between the FQDN of a meeting
location and a number to dial in a SIP or H323 call to join the VR specified in the
meeting location. As default, the list contains two predefined mappings, one for
AEMO and one for OnAvaya (for intranet endpoints), but you can edit them or add
others. Each mapping represents a dialing rule for a video endpoint to a specific
Equinox Solution deployment. See "How to Define Meeting FQDN Mappings" to
create a mapping.
