Calendar Panel
Once the Exchange Calendar is enabled, your Codec Unit will display by default a Calendar
Panel in the home page to show the next three scheduled meetings.
The placement of the panel depends on the home page type (video or image).
You can disable the preview of the meetings in the home page by browsing to

How to Define Meeting FQDN Mappings
When using the Avaya Outlook plugin to create meetings in Avaya Equinox Solutions, an
Exchange calendar invitation is automatically filled with the location of the meeting in your
virtual room in the format below. The body of the invitation is also filled with details about
how to join the meeting with an H.323 or SIP endpoint.

Once the end time of the meeting expires, it will be kept on the calendar for
fifteen minutes and then removed.
