Important
If flagged "Private" as Outlook/Exchange Meeting, the meeting title on the
endpoint UX/WEB/AT Command interfaces will be replaced with "Private
Meeting"
Private Meeting Marker (Lock Icon)
The endpoint will merge Exchange calendar items with Equinox Management
calendar items. The same indications for the Equinox Management calendar
items are applied to the Exchange calendar items. In particular:
When the meeting is about to start (5 minute in advance), a "Join
Now" button will be displayed in the Calendar item for this meeting.

A popup will also appear when the meeting is going to start or is started You
can join immediately the meeting, or snooze the meeting for one minute, or
ignore the meeting (and maybe start it manually later). Please note that if the
meeting is marked as High Importance or has the Autojoin flag in the location,
even if you snooze the meeting it will be automatically joined when it starts.
If you join a meeting when already in a call, the current call will be
disconnected.
Important
Only the meetings of the current day are visible.
If flagged "Private" as Outlook/Exchange Meeting, the meeting title on the
endpoint UX/WEB/AT Command interfaces will be replaced with "Private
Meeting".
The join button and the popup will appear only if the location of the meeting
corresponds to a valid FQDN mapping (see next section, a number to dial for
the meeting is mapped from the invitation location or body). The join button will
appear only a few minutes in advance the start time of the meeting.
