Make sure there is plenty of space around the router for ventilation and check that the electricity cables are not
pulled too tight.
3.3.2 Mounting on a wall
An optional wall mount kit is available for the Teldat M1. The kit can be ordered separately or together with your
Teldat M1 router.
The anchors to mount the device on the wall must be installed as shown in the following figure, using the screws
provided by the manufacturer.

Once the anchors are in place, the device may be secured to the wall as shown in the figure on the right above.
Warning
All screws must be screwed into wall studs (wood) or anchors. Choose a type of wall stud or anchor
that is appropriate for the wall. Screws driven directly into drywall will not be strong enough to support
the weight of the router.
The above figures show the wall-mounting features on the Teldat M1 router.

Warning
If installing the router onto drywall, use hollow-wall anchors (8mm - 5/16 inch) to secure the
screws. If the screws are not properly anchored, the strain of the cables connected to the back of
the router could pull the router from the wall.
