(6) Remove the lever and separation roller with
shaft from the holder.
(7) Remove the cover, arbor and clutch spring, and
then the separation roller from the shaft.
Note: When installing the manual feed, pick-up,
paper feed and separation rollers, pay at-
tention to the following items.
1. Insert a pin in the pulley.
2. Make sure the timing belt is correctly
looped on the pulley.
3. Make sure the lock direction of the one-
way clutch is correct.

4. Make sure the clip is set in the shaft
groove.
5. Make sure no oil gets on the surface of
the timing belt, pulley and roller.
6. Make sure of the roller orientation.
