Lubricate system.
Replace binding pulleys.
Provide clearance be-
tween pulleys and
brackets.
Cables not in place on

Trim tab hinge binding.
Cables crossed or
routed incorrectly.
Install cables according
to Paragraphs
5-48,
5-50 and 5 -53.
Lubricate hinge. Re-
place if necessary.
Check routing of control
cables.
