Replace or overhaul turbo-
charger.
Damage to turbine or

Replace or overhaul turbo-
charger.
Repair leaks.
Replace controller.
NOTE
When it has been determined that a controller is malfunctioning, it
should be removed and replaced. The old unit should be sent to ap-
proved facilities for overhaul of turbochargers or repaired in accor-
dance with the latest revision of Avco-Lycoming Overhaul Instruc-
tions SSP266. For a more in-depth guide to troubleshooting the
turbocharger, refer to the latest revision of Airesearch Turbocharger
Overhaul Manual TP20-0120-1.
