Tighten all connections.
Replace defective parts.
Defective spark plugs.
Improper fuel.
Magneto breaker points not
working properly.
Defective ignition wire.
Defective spark plug terminal
connectors.
Clean and gap or replace
spark plugs.
Fill tank with fuel of recom-
mended grade.
Clean points. Check timing
of magnetos.
Check wire with electric tester.
Replace defective wire.
Replace connectors on spark
plug wire.
Failure of engine to develop
full power.
Leak in the induction system.
Tighten all connections and
replace defective parts.
Throttle lever out of adjustment.
Improper fuel flow.
Restriction in air scoop.
Improper fuel.
Faulty ignition.
Broken baffles in muffler.
Poor combustion.
Incorrect crankshaft to cam-
shaft timing.
Adjust throttle lever.
Check strainer, gauge and flow
at fuel injector inlet.
Examine air scoop and remove
restrictions.
Drain and refill tank with
recommended fuel.
Tighten all connections. Check
system with tester. Check
ignition timing.
Remove and replace.
Do diff. comp. check and bore-
scope inspection to locate
excessively leaking valves,
valve guides or rings and to
locate any broken rings.
Remove accessory housing
and correct timing.
