Precautions when Storing Paper

Since the paper is made of dietary fiber, it is sensitive to moisture and humidity. Therefore, if the environmental
conditions of the warehouse and the printing location are different, it is necessary to transport the paper to the printing
place beforehand and to familiarize it to the temperature. Due to sudden changes in temperature and humidity, paper
causes various changes as if it were alive. It is a symptom that is said to be "paper habit", and there are three kinds of
"Curl", "Wave Edge", and "Tight Edge" in roughly divided.

If paper is set in the cassette or multipurpose tray while "paper habit" is occurring, "wrinkle" or "paper jam", "misjudge" in
which printing is misaligned, it may occur the image distortion due to rubbing against the head.
Condition

the front or back of the paper is bent
The end of the paper sucked up moisture in the atmosphere and

The phenomenon that the four corners of the paper are rounded
and the center is recessed by releasing moisture from the
periphery of the paper into the outside air

gets higher.
