Read the scale "PT1" and find the value where the leading edge of the paper and the
starting timing overlap.
In the example below, the line above -4 overlaps the leading edge of the paper, so "-3" is
the correction value.

Align the right and left edges of the chart and mountain fold it.

Unfold the chart and read the value of the crease in the scale "CT1".
If the red broken line coincides with the central fold line, the correction value is "-3".
