Editing Address Book Entries

Edit the destinations (contacts) you added to the Address Book.

Check if the group entry is correct > [Save]
The group is added to the Address Book.
To add a new address to the One Touch Key, select [Register] and follow the on-screen
instructions to enter the necessary information.
NOTE
Refer to the following for registering the One Touch Key.

Display the screen.

[System Menu/Counter] key > [Function Settings] > [Address Book] > [Add/Edit
Machine Address Book]

Select [ ] (information icon) for the destination or group to edit.
NOTE
Destinations can be sorted or searched by destination name or address number.

Edit the destination.
Editing a Contact

Change "Name", "No." (address number) and destination type and address.

[Save] > [OK]
Register the changed destination.
Editing a destination to a group

Change "Name" and "No." (address number).

Add the group (page 3-39)

Change the destination. Put a checkmark in the checkbox to select an item and remove the
checkmark to cancel the selection.

Register the changed destination.
