Description
3 3 . . Press "X" to return to default or previous
setting.
This setting specifies how long the oil should
be circulated during the FILTER phase of the
Start-up Mix.
1 1 . . Enter a new value by using the product
numbers.
2 2 . . Press "" to accept the new value.
3 3 . . Press "X" to return to default or previous
setting.
The expected time it takes to refill the vat at
the end of a Start-up Mix operation.

If the fryer pumps for this amount of time dur-
ing the FILL phase without observing a tem-
perature rise on the upper temperature
probe, the control turns the pump off, and
asks IS POT FILLED?. If pot is not filled com-
pletely, press NO and the pump will attempt
to fill further.
