Description

At the end of the Drop cycle, controls how far
the drain closes to a partially open position.

The expected time it takes to refill the vat at
the end of a Polish operation. When refilling
the vat, if the fryer pumps for one and a half
times this expected time, the SLOW FILLING
warning is activated, alerting that the fryer is
pumping more slowly than expected.

If the fryer pumps for this amount of time dur-
ing the FILL phase without observing a tem-
perature rise on the upper temperature
probe, the control turns the pump off, and
asks IS POT FILLED?. If pot is not filled com-
pletely, press NO and the pump will attempt
to fill further.
