To run the netstat command from Windows
1. Click Start → Programs → Accessories → Command Prompt.
2. At the Command prompt, type netstat with the required parameters.
3. Press Enter.
4. Type Exit to exit the Command Prompt window and return to Windows.

Using the chkdsk utility

The chkdsk utility checks a specified disk on the server and displays a status report. You can
run the utility on drives C, D, E, or F. The chkdsk utility is an online utility, but it reduces system
performance while running.
The chkdsk utility checks for errors at the Windows file system level. CallPilot receives errors at
both the Windows and CallPilot file system levels. The chkdsk utility does not detect CallPilot
file system level errors.
Note:
A version of this utility, called autocheck, automatically runs during Windows startup. Output
from this utility appears on the blue startup screen.

Chkdsk utility syntax

The chkdsk utility uses the following syntax:
chkdsk [drive:][path]filename] [/F] [/V] [/R]
Avaya CallPilot® 600r Server Maintenance and Diagnostics
Shows connections for the protocol specified by proto. Proto
can be tcp or udp. If used with the -s option, proto can be tcp,
udp, or ip.
Displays the contents of the routing table.
Redisplays selected statistics, pausing between each display.
Press Ctrl+C to stop redisplaying.
Result: The Command Prompt window appears.
Result: The system runs the netstat utility.
