General Checks and Function Check
Before the PBX is commissioned and handed over to the customer, the system is
checked to ensure it complies with the project specifications and operates cor-
rectly. Chapters 2 and 3 list the main checkpoints for verification.
Customer Induction
If the system is found to be working perfectly, the customer is acquainted with
the main features and instructed how to operate the terminals. Chapter 4 con-
tains references to the type and scope of customer training courses.
Handover to the Customer
Chapter 5 features checklists with all the main points to be taken into account
when the system is officially handed over to the customer.
