Incoming Traffic

Checks the operation of the call distribution configuration by calling a sample of
main and DDI numbers.
Checkpoints:
• Are the call distributed in accordance with the system configuration?
• Are switch-related destinations correctly routed?
• Is the ERC (External Remote Control) working?
3.4

Testing Terminals

System terminals must be installed in their definitive locations. A second person is
required to carry out the tests.
Example: 20 subscribers (2025 / 2045 basic system) and 200 subscribers (2065
basic system).
3.4.1 Office 45
Checkpoint:
• Full duplex
Additional Checkpoint for Office 45pro
• Power supply unit
Additional Checkpoints for Office 45 VA
• Queue
• Operator number
• Special subscriber authorizations
– Attendant menu: Remote access yes / no
– Substitution authorization
– Operate switch position
• Call charge display (depends on the network provider)
