1. Close process valve.
2. Switch off the compressed air and the power
supply.
3. Secure the mounting adapter 1 to the
positioner.
– 4 housing screws 3
– Tightening torque 1.5 Nm ± 20 %.
4. Secure the housing (flange socket)5 to the
linear drive 6.
– 4 mounting screws 4

5. Secure the mounting adapter 1 to the housing
(flange socket)5.

6. Secure the positioner with mounting adapter to
the housing (flange socket)

– Tightening torque 3 Nm ± 20 %.
