For the product variant
CMSX...-A (è Fig. 8, 1 ) the
connected working port 2
(è Fig. 8, 2 )is pressurized or
exhausted. Working port 4 is
sealed and cannot be used.
Dependent on the tubing con­
nection of the CMSX with the
drive (è Fig. 8, 3 ), the process
valve is opened or closed.
3.2.3 CMSX-SE-...-D-... (linear, double-acting)
For the product variant
CMSX...-A (è Fig. 9, 1 ) work­
ing port 2 (è Fig. 9, 2 )is pres­
surized and working port 4
(è Fig. 9, 4 )is exhausted.
Dependent on the tubing con­
nection of the CMSX with the
drive (è Fig. 9, 3 ), the process
valve is opened or closed.
