Transmitting a call (Continued)
D Transmitting a Radio Inhibit call
A Radio Inhibit function enables to send a signal that
inhibits (stun or kill, depending on the presetting) the
target transceiver.
(Menu > Signaling/Call > Call Menu)
1. Push [Menu] to display the Menu screen.
2. Push [Left] or [Right] to select "Signaling/Call,"
then push [OK].
3. Push [Up] or [Down] to select "Call Menu," then
push [OK].
4. Select "Radio Inhibit," then push [OK].
5. Select the target Individual station, then push
[PTT] to transmit a Radio Inhibit call.
• "Success" is displayed after receiving an
acknowledgment from the target station.
• "Failed" is displayed if the target station does not send
back an acknowledgment.
TIP: Push [Call Menu] to directly display the "Call
Menu" screen in step 4 above.
D Transmitting a Radio Uninhibit call
A Radio Uninhibit function enables to send a signal
that revives the inhibited transceiver.
(Menu > Signaling/Call > Call Menu)
1. Push [Menu] to display the Menu screen.
2. Push [Left] or [Right] to select "Signaling/Call,"
then push [OK].
3. Push [Up] or [Down] to select "Call Menu," then
push [OK].
4. Push [Up] or [Down] to select "Radio Uninhibit,"
then push [OK].
5. Push [Up] or [Down] to select the target Individual
station, then push [PTT] to transmit a Radio
Uninhibit call.
• "Success" is displayed after receiving an
acknowledgment from the target station.
• "Failed" is displayed if the target station does not send
back an acknowledgment.
