Changing the opening screen image
D Changing the opening screen image
1. Connect a transceiver to your PC using the USB
cable.
2. Set the USB Mode Select to "Card Reader."
(Menu > Function > USB Mode Select)
3. Open the Opening Screen folder according to the
instructions on page 9-7.
4. Save an image in the Opening Screen folder using
your PC. (p. 9-8)
NOTE: The image file has to satisfy the
following 3 conditions.
The file format is "24 bit bitmap."
The file size is
• "318 × 148 pixel" for the Mobile LCD type.
• "294 × 220 pixel" for the Portable Ten-key type,
Portable Simple key type, or HM-218.
The file is named as
• "mobile.bmp" for the Mobile LCD type.
• "portable.bmp" for the Portable Ten-key type,
Portable Simple key type, or HM-218.
5. Set the USB Mode Select to "Data Transfer."
(Menu > Function > USB Mode Select)
6. Turn OFF the transceiver.
7. Turn ON the transceiver.
• The previously set image is displayed first.
• "User Opening Screen Data Now Loading..." is
displayed for a while and then the newly set opening
screen is displayed.
NOTE:
• When Opening Text is entered using the
CS-F7500, the Opening screen is not displayed.
( User Interface - Key Assign - Display - Opening Text)
• When using the optional RMK-5 separation kit,
first connect all the transceivers and microphones,
and then turn the transceiver ON or OFF to
change the opening screen image.
D Returning to the default setting
1. Connect a transceiver to your PC using the USB
cable.
2. Set the USB Mode Select to "Card Reader."
(Menu > Function > USB Mode Select)
3. Open the Opening Screen folder according to the
instructions on page 9-7.
4. Save an image named "erase.bmp" in the
Opening Screen folder
5. Set the USB Mode Select to "Data Transfer."
(Menu > Function > USB Mode Select)
6. Turn OFF the transceiver.
7. Turn ON the transceiver.
• The previously set image is displayed first and the
default image is displayed.
