Operation Status Condition Register (:OPERegister:CONDition)

This register hosts the RUN bit (bit 3), the WAIT TRIG bit (bit 5), the
OVLR bit (bit 11), and the HWE bit (bit 12).
• The :OPERegister:CONDition? query returns the value of the Operation
• The HWE bit (bit 12) comes from the Hardware Event Registers.
• The RUN bit is set whenever the instrument is not stopped.
• The WAIT TRIG bit is set by the Trigger Armed Event Register and
