Measure
Check reversible suction gas tempera-
ture sensor:
Check resistance value (Pt500A) at
connection X25.15/X25.16 of the con-
troller and sensor PCB: See "Control-
ler and sensor PCB".
Check whether the coding card match-
es the heat pump. To check informa-
tion, see "System information".
As for "C9 Refrigerant circ (SHD)":
See "Message overview" for the heat
pump control unit.
Check refrigerant charge.
Check refrigerant circuit for leaks.
No action required
As for "A9 Heat pump": See "Mes-
sage overview" for the heat pump con-
trol unit.
No action required: Compressor is au-
tomatically reset.
Isolate the inverter from the power
supply. Then restore power supply.
Replace inverter if the fault persists.
Replace inverter.
Check connecting cable from inver-
ter
compressor. Replace the con-
necting cable if necessary: See
"Connection and wiring diagram".
!
Please note
400 V appliances: An incor-
rect rotating field will irrepara-
bly damage the compressor.
When replacing the connect-
ing cable, ensure the phases
are connected correctly.
Check contactor. Replace inverter if
required.
Check fan at inverter heat sink for
leaks (see "Connection and wiring dia-
gram"); clean if necessary.
In the event of recurrence: Have the
refrigerant circuit checked by a refrig-
eration engineer.
