Measure
Check current at connection J10 (P1)
of the EEV PCB: See "EEV PCB
[4-6] / [4-7]". Take refrigerant R410A
into account.
Check resistance value (NTC 10 k
at connection J13 (T7) of the EEV
PCB: See "EEV PCB [4-6] / [4-7]".
No action required
Check Modbus connecting cable, in-
verter
EEV PCB.
Check the DIP switches on the EEV
PCB are set correctly. Observe label
for correct setting.
See further messages regarding the
compressor and inverter (message
code "80" and above).
Check safety chain: See connection
and wiring diagram.
Check plug for compressor controller
on the EEV PCB: See "EEV PCB
[4-6] / [4-7]".
Replace EEV PCB.
Set "Output compressor stage
5030" according to the type plate.
Then switch off the heat pump control
unit. Wait 1 min. Then restart the heat
pump control unit.
As for "D4 Control high pressure":
See "Message overview" for the heat
pump control unit.
As for "D3 Low pressure": See "Mes-
sage overview" for the heat pump con-
trol unit.
Have a specialist check the com-
pressor parameters ("5xxx").
Check whether the coding card
matches the heat pump. To check in-
formation, see "System information".
Check compressor drive.
Vitocal 333-G:
Check inverter.
As for "D4 Control high pressure":
See "Message overview" for the heat
pump control unit.
Check amount of refrigerant. Adjust
amount if required.
If fault persists, notify a specialist.
