Measure
Check resistance value (NTC 10 k
at connection J13 (T7) of the EEV
PCB: See "EEV PCB [4-3] / [4-4]".
No action required
Check the electrical connection be-
tween the refrigerant circuit controller
and the inverter.
Check whether the coding card match-
es the heat pump. To check informa-
tion, see "System information".
See further messages regarding the
compressor and inverter (message
code "80" and above).
Replace EEV PCB.
Set "Output compressor stage
5030" according to the type plate.
Then switch off the heat pump control
unit. Wait 1 min. Then restart the heat
pump control unit.
As for "D4 Control high pressure":
See "Message overview" for the heat
pump control unit.
As for "D3 Low pressure": See "Mes-
sage overview" for the heat pump con-
trol unit.
Have a specialist check the com-
■
pressor parameters ("5xxx").
Check whether the coding card
■
matches the heat pump. To check in-
formation, see "System information".
Check compressor drive.
■
Check inverter.
■
Check setting of "Evaporator tem-
■
perature for defrost end 5010".
Set to factory settings if necessary.
Check function of 4-way diverter
■
valve: See "Actuator test".
Check hydraulics in the secondary
■
circuit, e.g. whether all shut-off
valves are fully open.
Check secondary circuit flow rate.
■
Check flow and return temperature
■
in the secondary circuit.
Check flow and return temperature
■
sensor in the secondary circuit.
Check amount of refrigerant. Adjust
■
the amount of refrigerant if necessa-
ry.
Check temperature sensors in the
■
refrigerant circuit.
