There is no heating coming from Vitotronic 200 boiler, it is powered by a heat pump. It says that the temperature is 14degrees on the internal wall mounted control unit. on the boiler it says 18 with a water temperature of 55degrees. Both water pipe and radiator icons are showing and the standby icon is not. the room temperature is set at 18 degrees but there is absolutely no heat in the radiators. The installer came to put it right. He changed the setting but there is not change. The copper pipes around the boiler are slightly warm and the hot water is luke warm. Can you help find a solution? We are going to call the installer to come back tomorrow morning.

A possible cause of no heating from the Viessmann Vitotronic 200 boiler, even when the heat pump is powered, could be an incorrect heating program or temperature setting. Specifically:

1. The heating program may be set to "Standby mode" or "Constant central heating with reduced room temperature," which might prevent the boiler from activating.
2. The set day temperature might be too low, below the actual room temperature, preventing the heating demand.
3. Display correction settings (E2:0 to E2:99) may cause the system to misinterpret the actual room temperature.

To resolve this:
- Check and adjust the heating program settings (coding addresses “5D”, “5E”, and “5F”) to ensure the system is in active heating mode.
- Verify and adjust the set day temperature at the remote control or unit to ensure it is higher than the room temperature.
- Review and correct the display correction setting if it is skewing the room temperature reading.
